“Hialeah Rededicates the John F. Kennedy Library”


 
What: Mayor Carlos Hernandez and the City Council invite our friends from the media to join us for the rededication ceremony of the John F. Kennedy Library on Wednesday, March 15th at 10:30am. The John F. Kennedy Library is located at 190 West 49th Street. The John F. Kennedy Library has undergone a transformation with 12 renowned artists painting their murals on the outside of the library along with a remodeling of the inside of the library as well. The library also underwent a remodeling of its restrooms, floors, and additionally the creation of a new study room area for the public, along with new furniture and computers for the residents to use. “What we see here is a transformation of a library where residents will now be able to enjoy these works of art while visiting the library and using its new amenities,” said Mayor Carlos Hernandez.
